Inquiry Forms and Direct WhatsApp Communication
When you submit booking inquiries via our web forms, email, or WhatsApp, your details (name, email address, phone number, tour date, number of participants, and tour requests) are processed and stored for the purpose of handling your inquiry and fulfilling the guiding contract (Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Important Notice Regarding Tour Assignment & Direct Guide Coordination:
Once your tour is confirmed and a licensed professional guide from our team is assigned to your itinerary, your necessary contact information (Full Name, Phone/WhatsApp number for meeting coordination at your hotel lobby or port) will be provided directly to the assigned guide. This direct communication is strictly required for the safe, punctual, and smooth operational execution of your private tour (Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR - Performance of contract).
Server Log Files
